Who this is for
Owners who have decided to explore a sale and would rather not assemble the diligence package themselves. It is the most involved of the three seller tiers: Basic Service is free and self-serve, Seller Assistance covers completing the data points, and Seller Consultation adds a dedicated resource and the positioning work.
Listings on the paid tiers also receive preferential placement at the top of the marketplace list. Placement is not a statement about the quality or value of any business.
What it costs
Seller Consultation is quoted based on scope, because the work depends on how much of the package already exists and what shape it is in. You owe nothing for an optional service unless you have accepted its fee in writing.
Listing itself remains free, and the Success Fee on a completed acquisition is the buyer's obligation, not yours. See the pricing page for the full picture.
